We participate with all Commercial plans (BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Ambetter, and etc), Tricare, Medicare, and etc., all Medicaid plans (Peachstate, Caresourse, Amerigroup, Medicaid, and etc). Please contact your health plan to verify if we are in network.
Billing
Copays, Deductibles, and non-covered services are expected at the time of services. All ancillary services offered to patients are CASH payments only. For your convenience, we accept major credit cards, debit/credit, cash, and checks.
