Welcome to Southern Crescent Medical Center (SCMC) Where You're Not Just A Patient, You're Family. We're excited to grow our family of established patients as we provide quality patient care to the community of Stockbridge, GA and the surrounding areas. We offer a broad range of medical services ranging from Acute care to Chronic care management. Our staff has built a reputation of providing excellent quality and progressive medical care for more than 20 years. We treat each patient with love respect, and compassion. We learn our patients, build strong relationships with them, and grow with our patients through every phase of life; that is what makes us family!
SCMC was birthed from the guiding principles and values of the late Dr. John O. Ogundipe, also affectionately known as “Dr. O” (founder of Southern Crescent Primary Care) who built a relationship with each patient and welcomed them as family. Upon his unfortunate passing on May 22, 2019, we knew that we had to find an answer to maintain medical care for our “family” of patients that were left behind.

On June 10, 2019, Southern Crescent Medical Center, LLC was established as an answer to the call of the patients
(who are our family) and the community alike to honor the legacy of a wonderful doctor and friend to provide a continuum of quality medical care that still lives on in the heart of every staff member, many of whom served under the guidance of “Dr. O” for more than 12 years.
