Dr. Clayton Ramsue- Medical Director
Dr. Clayton Ramsue is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1993 from South Carolina State University with his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Ramsue graduated from Morehouse School of Medicine in 1998 with his Doctorate of Medicine. He then went on to do his residency at Mayo Clinic located in Jacksonville, FL from 1998-2001. Dr. Ramsue has been practicing medicine since 2001 providing excellent quality care to the community that he serves.
Dr. Ramsue is a retired veteran who served in the United States Navy from 1984-1990 and 2001-2005. He also served in the Georgia National Air Guard from 2007-2015 as a Surgeon General of the Hospital and as (SGH) for 116th MDG, Robins AFB from 2008-2014.
Dr. Ramsue owns a consulting agency by the name of Ramsue Consulting Group. His consulting group provides healthcare professionals with a level of leadership development that will arm them with the resources they need to think and work like an effective leader. Their goal is to help Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals find their career paths, reach peak performance, and develop the leadership skills and interpersonal soft skills that they need to be successful in modern medicine.

Kameelah Ellis, FNP-C
Since the age of 17, Kameelah Ellis has been working in healthcare in various capacities. Her trainings began early at State University of Albany in Albany, New York, where she obtained a degree in Human Biology. Mrs. Ellis has worked her way up in the healthcare field, starting as a home personal care aide working in homes and nursing facilities to providing care to patients as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Mrs. Ellis received her masters of Nursing with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, Minneapolis, MN and earned her BS in Human Biology from the State University of New York, Albany, NY. She became a Registered Nurse after completing her degree at Albany Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Albany, NY, and began her career as a Emergency Room Nurse. She has worked in small community hospitals, as well as trauma centers in various states in the country. Throughout her career, Mrs. Ellis has acquired many certifications, including as an EMT, and has been a mentor to and educator for many new nurses.
Mrs. Ellis comes with knowledge and over 20 years experience working with all ages and treating ages 18 and up. She speaks English and Spanish fluently. She takes great pride in patient education and is committed to providing a compliment of primary care services for adults. Some services offered includes: annual preventative care, urgent care visits, pre-employment exams, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses, women's health and immunizations.

Chandra Charlotin, FNP-C
Chandra Charlotin is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. She relocated to Atlanta in 2012. She was a nurse for 9 years prior to transitioning into the Nurse Practitioner role. Chandra received her Associate’s in Nursing in 2009 from Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio, and her Bachelor of Nursing from Ohio University in 2012. She received her Master of Nursing from Georgia State University in the Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2018.
During her nursing career she has worked on a variety of specialty units throughout various hospital systems; including Cleveland Clinic, Piedmont Atlanta, and Northside Atlanta. The areas that she has worked consisted of post-surgical, ortho, cardiology, neurology, oncology, and behavioral health. She worked at Northside Atlanta for the past 6 years. Chandra was nominated for the March of Dimes Nurse of the Year award in 2014. In addition to her nursing degree, Chandra also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from Kent State University.
Prior to going back to school for nursing she was a manager at a group home for
mentally challenged/disabled adults. Her nurse Practitioner career has included conducting Transitional Care visits in the home setting. Chandra’s most recent role was a mobile primary care practice the serviced the geriatric population in Assisted Livings and Personal Care Homes. Her passion has always been helping others. In her free time, she likes to travel with her husband Wes, volunteer, and read.
